Just Sashes is a millworks business located on the Northwest side of Chicago. Started in 1981 we specialize
in the fabrication of custom wood replacement sash and storm windows. We also fabricate the window components needed for the proper repair of your restoration project.

Just Sashes also
provides a service to fix your existing windows. Everything from refitting, stripping, to rehanging. Re-chaining to re-puttying. We collect and use the old historic glass on our repair and restoration projects. Generally if your windows are not physically broke or rotted, you don't need to replace them. Restore them!
